We will offer free shipping on orders of USD $75.00 or more. Orders below USD $75.00 will be charged a USD $7.00 flat rate for standard shipping Excludes: Alaska , Puerto Rico, & Hawaii


"I placed my order 2 days ago, how long will it take to ship?"

Our warehouse processing time is 2-4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) Order placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday *due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic these processing times can be longer.


"I placed my order and paid for 2-day delivery how come my order hasn't shipped?"

Orders with expedited shipping charges are still subject to the same processing times above. Expedited shipping refers only to the amount of time the carrier takes for delivery. *1822 Denim is not responsible for delayed expedited packages once the package has left our facility and cannot refund any shipping charges once the package has shipped.


"I placed my order, but now I want to cancel it"

1822 Denim will not honor order cancellation requests after 24 hours.


"I just realized my order is shipping to the incorrect address help!"

Please contact the courier making the final delivery. 1822 Denim cannot adjust the address of packages in transit. 1822 Denim is not responsible for orders that ship with an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned back to 1822 Denim due to insufficient address will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. Orders confirmed as delivered to the incorrect address as provided by the customer will be refunded for half the purchase amount. 


"How will I know when my order ships?"

Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipment tracking to update on the carriers site.


"The tracking on my order has suddenly stopped moving and hasn’t been delivered"

To get the status of an order already in transit please contact USPS or the carrier you selected at checkout. You may also sign up for tracking alerts on the website of the courier. 1822 Denim is not responsible for shipments once they have left our facility.


"My Item was marked as delivered but, I never received it"

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your shipment. Please check in with a neighbor, roommate, your property or your building management. 1822 Denim is not responsible for the loss of a package marked delivered by the courier.


"I am an international customer, how much is shipping to my country"

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that may occur with the import.Carrier Contact:

By purchasing from 1822 Denim you are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to natural causes or has been miss-delivered unless the fault is of 1822 Denim.
