Meals on Wheels is a program that delivers meals to individuals at home who are unable to purchase or prepare their own meals. To support our senior neighbors to extend their independence and health as they age. What started as a compassionate idea has grown into one of the largest and most effective social movements in America, currently helping nearly 2.4 million seniors annually in virtually every community in the country.

Food Bank For New York City has been working to end food poverty in our five boroughs for over 35 years. As the city’s largest hunger-relief organization, we employ a multifaceted approach centered on helping low-income New Yorkers overcome their circumstances and achieve greater independence.

Share Our Strength is a national organization working to end childhood hunger in the United States. Share Our Strength holds culinary events, solicits individual donations, and uses social media to raise funds, which are then used to fund long-term solutions to the hunger problem.
No Kid Hungry is working to end child hunger in America today by ensuring that all children get the healthy food they need every day to thrive.

Prep for Prep is a leadership development and gifted education program founded in 1978 by Gary Simons, a public-school teacher in the Bronx. It is targeted toward high achieving minority students in New York City public, charter and parochial schools.

The Center for Social Inclusion works to build a fair and just society by dismantling structural racism. It partners with communities of color and other allies to create strategies and build policy reform models to end racial disparity and promote equal opportunity.
